THE CLARENDON WORKS

The Clarendon Works consists of over 173,000 sq ft of new Grade A office space in Watford town centre including 14,000 sq ft of amenity space with a ground floor cafe, roof terrace with a private bar, gym and fitness suite. The Clarendon Works is one of the first offices in the UK to be awarded an extensive array of sustainability credentials, achieving ActiveScore platinum, EU Taxonomy compliance and targeting WELL platinum, BREEAM excellent and WiredScore platinum too.

THE LAUNDRY STUDIOS

The Laundry Studios delivers over 25,000 sq ft of new commercial and co-working space operated by Oneder in the heart of Hackney, just moments from London Fields. Set among artisan cafés and canal paths, it offers the perfect balance of creativity and convenience. Designed with flexible layouts and industrial character, the building features exposed concrete, modern lighting, amenities, and space for 44 bikes. Surrounded by a vibrant local scene, it’s a bold workspace for East London’s growing creative community.

Shoreditch Exchange is a landmark mixed-use development delivering over 140,000 sq ft of employment space in the heart of East London. In partnership with Oneder, the co-working hub spans eight floors of private offices, hot desks, and shared spaces — all designed with a hospitality-first approach.
