Working closely with London Borough of Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Historic England and the Greater London Authority (GLA), we received planning permission to develop 184 homes, over 140,000 sq ft of employment floorspace, over 43,000 sq ft of flexible commercial and retail space, along with associated landscaping and public realm improvements.
