Regal London is thrilled to announce its achievement at the 2024 International Property Awards, where two of its flagship developments, The Clarendon Works and The Haydon, triumphed in their respective categories.
The Clarendon Works wins Best Office Development in the UK, while The Haydon has been honoured the award for the Best Residential Development (20+ units) in London.
Celebrated for its sustainable design and dedication to quality, The Clarendon Works sets a new standard for premium office environments. Completed last month, this Grade A office spans 12 floors, designed to accommodate businesses of all sizes. Architect Fraser Brown MacKenna has created a sustainability-driven design that achieved BREEAM Excellent and EPC A ratings. The Clarendon Works is also pre-certified WELL Platinum, emphasising Regal’s commitment to health and wellness, and has also achieved Active Score and WiredScore Platinum.
Paul Eden, Co-founder of Regal commented
“The award earned for The Clarendon Works underscores our commitment to developing a top-tier workspace in Watford that emphasises sustainability. While offering businesses all the amenities they would anticipate from an office in central London. With the building now 80% occupied, it’s wonderful to see these spaces being actively utilised. The Clarendon Works is the most vibrant, sustainable, and healthy workplace not just in Watford, but across the southeast.“
The Haydon, situated in the heart of the City of London, has been recognised as the “Best Residential Development in London,” completed in March of this year. This impressive development features 87 apartments and sets a new standard for luxury living, boasting amenities that include a pool, gym, cinema, 24-hour concierge service, roof terrace, wellness suite, and yoga studio.
Paul Eden, Co-founder of Regal commented
“We take great pride in this accomplishment for The Haydon, as it reflects the hard work of a dedicated team committed to bringing a truly unique project to life. The Haydon is a hidden gem, a place of serenity and elegancy within the City of London.”
