First residents move into Regal’s 876-home development in Wembley

The completion of this phase will see 171 private homes delivered with 294 affordable homes to follow over the summer

Leading London developer Regal has completed the first phase of its 876-home landmark Wembley development, Fulton & Fifth. This phase comprises 171 one, two and three-bedroom homes in The Brookline along with the development’s hotel-style amenities, ready for residents to move in.

Located in the heart of Wembley Park, one of London’s most dynamic areas, Fulton & Fifth offers high-end homes alongside new independent cafés, workspaces, and shops, as well as biodiverse green spaces. The phase one completion marks a significant milestone in the progress of the development, on track for full completion in 2026.

All homes at Fulton & Fifth have their own balcony and are designed for modern, effortless living. The open-plan living spaces and bedrooms feature floor to ceiling windows allowing the spaces to be filled with natural light. The positioning of homes in The Brookline allows for stunning views of the area, including the iconic Wembley Stadium and Brent Reservoir, also known as the Welsh Harp.

The phase one completion will also deliver the hotel-style amenities at Fulton & Fifth focused on health and wellbeing. These include a 24-hour concierge, yoga studio, swimming pool with jacuzzi, treatment room, high-tech golf simulator, cinema, and games room. Residents can also access a rooftop terrace with 360-degree views of London’s iconic landmarks on the 20th floor.

Regal completed an £85m deal in 2023 with Brent Council to deliver 294 affordable homes, 40% of the overall development, which will be ready for Brent residents to move into in the summer.

Wembley is now one of London’s most established neighbourhoods, featuring numerous cafes, restaurants, and shops, including the London Designer Outlet and BOXPARK Wembley. Fulton & Fifth homes are just a 5-minute walk from Wembley Park station, offering excellent transport links to Central London.

The Jubilee and Metropolitan lines provide quick access to London hotspots: Baker Street in 12 minutes, Kings Cross in 18 minutes, and Oxford Circus in under 30 minutes. Fulton & Fifth is also conveniently located for top universities, with UCL just 20 minutes away and King’s College London a 30-minute journey.

Nearly 95% of homes in The Brookline have now sold, with just seven homes remaining. Residents have now begun moving in.

The Brookline forms part of the wider Fulton & Fifth development. The next phase, Parkside, is due to complete later this year, and comprises 250 one and two bedroom homes, including Regal’s flagship ‘Manhattan’ style apartment, an innovative one-bedroom home featuring a layout that bridges the gap between traditional studio flats and one-bedroom apartments.
