Three of Regal London’s developments have achieved five coveted Five Star awards at the UK Property Awards.
These awards identify the highest levels of achievement worldwide in real estate, development, architecture, and interior design, with a special focus on sustainability, high living standards, originality, and creativity.
Shoreditch Exchange, which is home to WeWork Hoxton, won the category of Office Development for the UK. The high-quality mixed-use development is comprised of a bespoke range of one, two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses, as well a commercial space which will create a lively street frontage to what was once a redundant site, providing shops, cafés, bars, restaurants, pedestrianised public space and cycle parking. The residential development One St. John’s Wood won a total of two awards in the Residential Development category, both in London and the UK. Coined “London’s New Number One”, this world-class development with luxury amenities has been designed by renowned architects Squire and Partners and has views overlooking Lord’s Cricket Ground.
Grace House, won two awards in the Social Housing category, both in London and the UK. Also located next to Lord’s Cricket Ground and moments from Regent’s Park, Grace House will provide 170 affordable apartments for over 55s and has been built in partnership with C&C Housing Trust.
All the regional nominees will be entered into the International Property Awards in January.
