Regal London, working in partnership with Central & Cecil Housing Trust (C&C), has won the Award for Best Social Housing in Europe at The International Property Awards.
Grace House will provide 170 affordable apartments for over 55s. Grace House sets a new standard of later living – this is a building that has been designed with the residents, for the residents.
Located next to Lord’s Cricket Ground and moments from Regent’s Park, Grace House is at the forefront of good practice, introducing a new approach to senior housing through improving the physical and environmental quality of the homes and communal facilities alongside the social wellbeing of the community.
We are delighted that Grace House and our partnership with C&C has been honoured with the Award for Best Social Housing in Europe at The International Property Awards. We are really proud of Grace House and the difference that we can make to the residents through our amenities and design.

Co-Founder, Regal London
We believe that Grace House will set a standard not just for C&C but across other housing organisations. It will provide substantial affordable housing and includes features that you would find in market rented modern flats in London. We hope these new homes prove to be a template for what affordable housing could look like in the future with the right investment and partners onboard. Above all, we hope that residents will find them a wonderful place to live!
