Regal London has entered a long-term corporate partnership with the Roundhouse, one of London’s iconic music venues, with a shared mission to change the lives of the next generation.
The new partnership will focus on enhancing the extensive opportunities given to thousands of young creatives who take part in Roundhouse programmes through the additional engagement with the experienced Regal London team across all departments – from accounts to sales. This will support the next generation of diverse talent into the widest range of careers that the creative industries offer.
For the last 24 years, Regal London has been based in the borough of Camden, in close proximity to the Roundhouse. The real estate developer strives to have an impact greater than that simply of its developments through collaboration and partnership with its wider community. The partnership with the Roundhouse provides an opportunity to create positive social value in Camden and to leave a legacy for generations to come.
Through a number of different initiatives, Regal London will support young creatives at the Roundhouse, including through integration with the Roundhouse employability programmes, mentoring, and working with the talent at the Roundhouse to develop vibrant new content.
Since the 1960s the Roundhouse has opened up space for creativity to empower people and communities – day in, night out. Alongside live events, harnessing the creativity of young people and new artists is built into the Roundhouse’s DNA. Through their ambitious youth programme, 11-30 year-olds can take part in a range of creative programmes.
The Roundhouse is already home to 24 state–of-the-art studio spaces for young people with projects and creative opportunities running alongside. In spring 2023 they are also opening a new creative centre, Roundhouse Works, which will help uncover new, diverse creative voices and empower the next generation of young creative entrepreneurs.
We founded Regal London nearly 25 years ago and have been based in Camden throughout that time. Partnering with the Roundhouse, the borough’s legendary performance venue, is a proud moment. We actively seek partnerships with our neighbours where we can together create value greater than the sum of our parts and where we can really make a difference to people’s lives.
“Working closely with the Roundhouse team, we’re looking forward to making sure that we share our expertise and that in turn, we can benefit from the dynamism and creativity of local young creatives.

Co-Founder, Regal London
We have an incredibly exciting year ahead at the Roundhouse and establishing partnerships with other Camden organisations such as Regal London will really help us to achieve ambitious goals over the coming years. Most importantly it will enhance our creative opportunities for young people so that they can draw on the expertise, knowledge and networks from other businesses in the borough in order to help them reach their creative potential.
