The 0.8-hectare site is located on The Avenue, a suburban road located within a two minute walk of Brondesbury Park (Zone 2) overground station.
Working in collaboration, as a joint applicant with the Secretary of State for the Department of Communities and Local Government (DCLG), it was determined that the most appropriate planning strategy was to divide the site into separate uses with 0.27Ha retained for the provision of a new SEN school and 0.53Ha for the remaining residential development. Our comprehensive development approach secured the best outcome and public benefit, as enabled the provision of a new school and a mix of housing tenures.
