In November 2021, alongside Joseph Partners, we formally entered into a legal agreement with the London Borough of Barnet for the evolution of North Finchley Town Centre – one of Barnet’s main town centres and a project of significant and ambitious scale.
Traditional shopping patterns are changing, and successful towns need to adopt a greater focus on a genuine mix of uses. Our proposals for new leisure, cultural, business, and residential uses will all add to the town centre’s diversification and overall offer.
URBAN REGENERATION in NORTH FINCHLEY
North Finchley is to become a diverse, distinctive and attractive place which is well connected, where the public realm is well maintained and where there is a sustainable mix of retail, leisure, business and residential uses.
A North Finchley Partnership Board including representatives from across the local community and the public sector has been set up to keep the community engaged and involved as the project progresses.
We have submitted an application for outline planning permission in early 2025 following our planning application for Lodge Lane, the first site in North Finchley to come forward.
