We are partnering with 4C Group to bring forward proposals for 33-35 Jamestown Road in Camden.
The 0.24 acre site currently comprises a number of vacant buildings located three minutes from the world famous Camden Lock Market.
This is the second collaboration with 4C Group after The Haydon, an 87 unit residential project in Aldgate, that reached practical completion in early 2024.

We plan to submit a planning application for Purpose Built Student Accommodation and affordable housing in 2024. The first part of this process will be a comprehensive community engagement programme, kicking off this summer.
