At GNLP we will create a place that gives everyone in the local area a reason to want to visit and spend time there.

Our proposals will provide much-needed new homes for the local area, contributing to the council’s targets for the provision of new housing.
We are proposing circa 1,500 mixed tenure new considerately designed homes to help meet the need for housing in Barnet. We will deliver a range of properties including affordable and family homes with a mix of tenures.
