We acquired Great North Leisure Park, an 11.2 acre site on High Road, North Finchley in the London Borough of Barnet in early 2023.
In early 2025, we submitted proposals to transform this underutilised, car dominated brownfield site into a vibrant, sustainable neighbourhood and destination for health and wellbeing.
A VIBRANT NEW RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBOURHOOD
Great North Leisure Park will be a destination for sports, leisure, and healthy living, set within a vibrant, landscape-led new neighbourhood. We will introduce and enhance connections into long established open space and improve access to nature for the community while delivering a brand new sustainable neighbourhood of 1502 new high-quality, mixed-tenure homes.
The new Finchley Leisure Centre completes this vision, sat within a new civic space; complete with indoor pools, a sauna, steam room, gym, children’s play area, and an outdoor lido overlooking Glebelands.
