The development of 294 new homes for residents is under construction in Wembley Park. Of these, 118 will be at London Living Rent, and 176 homes will be rented at London Affordable Rent.
All will go to council tenants on the council’s housing waiting list.
A Brent delegation visited the site in Fulton Road alongside a team from contracted partner, Regal London. The new, mixed-use development on the former Euro Car Parks site will provide 876 new homes overall, along with shops, cafes, creative workspaces, and more than two acres of landscaped public area for people to enjoy, including alongside the Wealdstone Brook.
It was fantastic to see how much progress has been made since work started on site. We’re on track to hand over 294 brand new homes to families just two years from now.
Wembley Park is a thriving new neighbourhood with so many facilities now, and we look forward to welcoming new residents to this area.”

It’s always a special moment when we’re able to take our partners onto site to see new homes taking shape. So it was wonderful to welcome the London Borough of Brent team to Fulton & Fifth, where we are building 294 new apartments for Brent Housing.
Thanks to our expert in-house construction team, we are building at pace to deliver Brent’s largest affordable project onsite in 2024.

Planning was granted in March 2022 and the development is on track to complete in 2026.
The 294 homes will add towards the council’s target to build 1,700 new council homes by 2028.
